6° lesson

In this lesson we have talked about institutional communication. This kind of communication is characterized by an institution and its representative, direct to groups of people in which it makes its activity. Its objective is making relation beetween institutions and related people, acquiring a social fame and public image related with its object and activities.
Istitutional comunication is connected to marketing, publicity and public relations and try to pass on institution personality and values that characterized it.
Institutions, through their communication, try to relate with members of societies connected with them, cooperating to realize their objectives. Then communication is important to collaborat and to detail institutions' face to society.
A good institutional communication has to avoid that image doesn't correspond to reality and this kind of communication isn't only what manager want to show.
Everything that institutions make has a social importance and this could be intended as a sort of communication.
A tipical program of institutional communicaion could be divided in four parts: research, programming realization and valutation.
There are a lot of kind of institutional communication and every kind of this diffuses a different message.
